- The type of research used in the preparation of this thesis is descriptive research with qualitative method. Located in the National Narcotics Agency of Blitar Regency addressed at Kanigoro Sub-district, Blitar District with research subjects are people who are in BNNK Blitar (especially the Heads of Section who knows more about their team performance) and from one of the volunteers from Kecamatan Srengat and also there is addition from Head of Public Relations Polrees Blitar District. This study aims to know how far the role of BNNK Blitar in society in carrying out its duties. The most important thing as well is the pattern of cooperation that was built by BNNK Blitar with Blitar Society for the common goal of prevention and eradication of narcotics problem that is currently happening throughout Indonesia with no exception Blitar Regency whose existence for now is little bit safe compared with the abuses around some districts Malang Regency, Kediri Regency and Tulungagung Regency. In this situaton, BNNK Blitar certainly needs help other than Blitar District Police also from Blitar regency society related to prevention activities and eradication of narcotic danger. Current prevention activities include the formation of volunteer teams, in collaboration with the automotive community in Blitar District as an extension of BNNK Blitar, and socialization and dissemination activities. While eradication activitiy undertaken with the society is still limited such as providing direction to the public about the flow of reporting if it is found a suspicious event.
