- The purpose of this study is to find out the Regional Revenue, Funds for Results and Population on the allocation of district / city Capital Expenditures in Riau Province in 2012-2016. The population used in this study is all regencies / cities in Riau Province with 10 cities and 2 cities, with data from BPS. This test uses multiple linear regression techniques with the help of Eviews application. The results with multiple linear regression research that the Regional Original Revenue, Profit Sharing Fund and Population Amount of the Capital Budget allocation with R-Square is 0.87 or 87% that the variables in the research model can predict capital expenditure allocation while 13% is influenced by variables other than the research model.
