The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis.The results of analysis could be seen that the production level of sermier crackers in Karangrejo Village Garum District Blitar Regency was the highest production level in 1 month at 6000 kilograms, while the lowest production was at 2000 kilograms in 1 month. The level of gross income of snack entrepreneur of sermier crackers in 1 month the highest income was at Rp. 63.000.000-, and the lowest income was at Rp. 18,000,000- ,. The difference between the level of production and the income level of the snack entrepreneur of the sermier crackers was because the production place, production capital and labor in production that made the high and low result of production and income earned.
