  • This study aims to determine the perceptions of customers about the ease and security of the use of mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Batu Malang. This research includes survey research with quantitative descriptive type. The subject of this research was conducted on the customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Batu Malang branch using mobile banking services. Technique Data collecting used in this research is by using questionnaire. Sampling technique that is by purposive sampling method The results showed that the perception of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Malang Batu is positioned agree with the perception of ease with indicator Interaction between individuals with the system is clear and easy to understand, does not need much effort to interact with the system, the system easy to use and easy to operate according to what who want individuals to work, easy to operate the system in accordance with what individuals want to do. As well as variables with perceptions of security with indicators Personal information is kept confidential, safe when the transaction process and the information presented precisely accurate.
