- nuriherliyani3@gmail.com This research focuses on the analysis of the effect Village Budget (VB) and Village Budget Allocation (VBA) towards village poverty at Sumenep District during 2015-2016. This research used a panel data regression analysis tool with a hypothesis test instrument such as an F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) on a significance level of α = 5%. The best model out of the result of panel data regression analysis was Fixed Effect Model, which showed the influence of Village Budget and Village Budget Allocation towards village poverty at Sumenep District during 2015-2016; the score were 5,89 for Village Budget and -3,92 for Village Budget Allocation. The coefficient of determination was 0.99 (99%), this implied that Village Budget and Village Budget Allocation explained 99% of village poverty.
