- Nowadays the majority of high school students especially students of class XII often feel overburdened when is about to confront the national final examination, problems regarding the grain problem has a level of complexity that is high enough to keep rising the specified standard Government to the graduation of the students became the main thing weighing down most students. The purpose of this research was to check how big the application of achievement goal (goal achievers) on high school students. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a number of subjects that involved as many as 150 students of class XII MAN Model 1 Manado. Subject retrieval method using simple random sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that application of achievement goal on a grade XII in MAN Model Manado high, from the overall zoned 150 subject (100%), a total of 121 subject categorized has a high goal achievement with the value of the presentation as much as 80.7%.
