- This study examines the role of Nazhir in the management and utilization of waqf assets located in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 5 Kediri within 5 years of its establishment, the lodge has 3 productive factory business units consisting of beverage factories, bakeries and chicken noodle factories and meatballs. This research aims to find out how the role of Nazir Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 5 in the management and utilization of productive waqf. This type of research is Sociological Empirical research using a qualitative approach which is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of a particular object population. The results of the study show that Nazir Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 5 plays an important role in the management and utilization of waqf assets. The role is carried out in protecting the waqf assets, administration of waqf objects, monitoring and evaluating the performance of management, reporting the implementation of tasks to Indonesian waqf bodies and involving local residents in the management of productive waqf. Then some of the challenges faced in the management and utilization of waqf assets are the lack of waqf management staff, collided with the busy schedule of cottage activities, and still lack of communication with fellow administrators of waqf management.
