- After Islam Dayak Tribe community in Tabalar, generally do not learn about Islam religion.except for what they know from their husbands and there has not been any religious development until today which is serious against muslim Dayak in Tabalar Berau. The research is titled : religious coaching on the dayak tribe in Tabalar Berau. This research uses ethnography or phenomenology approach with descriptive qualitative research type. This study aims to know the mindset of dayak tribe Tabalar Berau about the religion of islam and the extent to which the role of religious guidance from religious leaders and da’I to their lives. And this study proves that dayak muslim community is in need of Islamic religion development because most of them do not perform prayers, can not read al qur’an and other religious practices because no one has cared and nurtured them.
