- This research aims to analyze how and how great the influence of minimum wage, GRDP and industrial sector labor absorption towards the welfare of society for short-term and long-term in Pasuruan Regency. The technique of data analysis used i.e. Stationeritas Test, test, test the Granger Error Correction Model, and the method of Ordinary Least Square using data times series of the year 1999-2016. The results showed on the short-term variable GRDP industry sectors and district minimum wage has a positive influence and insignificant coefficient of 14,932 and 0,807, whereas the industrial sector labor absorption effect a positive and significant coefficient of 3,646. Whereas, in the long run, variable GRDP industry sector and the industrial sector labor absorption influence positive and significant coefficient of 9,102 and 7,514, while for a variable minimum wage districts have influenced the negative and not significant with a coefficient of -0,301 against the human development index in Pasuruan Regency. For simultaneous test shows that the overall long-term, as well as short-term free variables (GRDP, the industry sector's absorption of the industrial sector, labor and minimum wage) together, can show its effects on social welfare (human development index) with a coefficient of 4,96 and 1286,9.
