The region was one region at Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Residence, connected Indragiri Hilir Residence, Port, Industrial Center, and Society Center. It caused the increasing of Traffic volume. In short, there was a traffic density, the increasing of traffic volume which caused the low movement of traffic. The method was based on Directorate of Urban Road Development, 1997 with major discussion of city highway, signed branches and un-signed branches. From the evaluation of condition existed, there got DS Jl. Azki Aris was 0.84 ; Jl. Hang Tuah was 0.78 ; Jl. Ahmad Yani was 0.49 and Jl. Kuantan Timur was 0.54. At un-signed branches (DS = 1.20), queue probability (QP) 60-99%. For reconstruction chosen was cut the parking area at Jl. Ahmad Yani, Jl. Hang Tuah and Jl. Azki Aris since parking wasn&#x2019;t allowed in the branches. At 2 signed branches, there got (DS) Jl. Hang Tuah was 0.68 ; Jl. Ahmad Yani = 0.36 ; Jl. Azki Aris was 0.71 ; Jl. Kuantan Timur was 0.46 and the branches rate 12.53 sec/branches. For the next 5 years at five branches region Rengat City for street performance of Jl Hang Tuah at 2010 = 0.77 ; 2011 = 0.80 ; 2012 = 0.82 and Jl. Azki Aris 2009 DS = 0.77 ; 2010 DS = 0.80 ; 2011 DS = 0.84 ; 2012 DS = 0.87 and signed branches were : 2012 Jl.Hang Tuah DS = 0.71 ; D = Jl. Ahmad Yani DS = 0.76 ; Jl. Azki Aris DS = 0.66 ; Jl.
