- Entrepreneurship mindset is a thinking pattern in running on an entrepreneurship, in which it can be stated to have a creativity, innovation, encouragement or motivation, and so on. A manager, who has an interpretation towards the Entrepreneurship mindset, looks into the existence of social reality which is ultimately used as the reference for doing an entrepreneurship. It can be said that the existence of business opportunities is caused by the number of students in Malang City. This study used descriptive type, of which type was a method that used to illustrate or analyze the results of study but it was not used to make a wider conclusion. The data collection technique used the observation, documentation, and interview. There were 4 (four) people that used as the subject of study. The subjects were determined by using purposive sampling technique, in which the technique was the subject selection based on specific purposes and anything about the objects of the study. The theory, which used to analyze the problems, was the theory of George Herbert Mead about the Symbolic Interactionism. This theory asserted that basically the humans took action and gesture on the Mind, Self, and Society. This concept looked more on the action that was done based on knowledge gained in the social reality. The result of study was the cafe manager’s interpretation about the Entrepreneurship mindset that a cafe business was obtained because of the existence of business opportunities. The development of cafe also looked into the existence of development in the society. That circumstance would be used as the reference for developing the cafe.
