  • The concept of Nawacita which is currently a development priority program is one of the development priorities, namely building Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening regions and villages in a unitary state. Village Fund as a series of people centered and "bottom-up approach" based development reforms which focus more on government planning and budgeting. The management of the Village Fund is based on the reality that as a pillar of regional autonomy, the Village increasingly requires balanced funding to carry out more concrete roles in regional development. Local Governments hope that with funding to the Village, community-based participatory planning will be more sustainable, because the community can be directly involved in making planning documents in their villages and participating in the realization. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Technique of data collecting is done through: Observations and interviews and documentation. After validity examination, data were analyzed by way of presenting the data at once analyzed and conclusion. From the data obtained Village Fund Management carried out by the Government of Sengon Village and Banjardowo Village has followed the rules of technical guidelines that have been regulated in the laws and regulations, but the process is still not optimal. Accountability for the use of the Village Fund, the community cannot evaluate the work of the village government and accountability to the local government that is not implemented in a timely manner. Village fund planning is carried out by means of the implementation of village planning meetings carried out by the village government. The Musrenbagdesa implementation has been carried out, but the determination of activities to be carried out is more dominated by village officials.
