- The purpose of this study was to describe the tax debt collection mechanism is not paid in due time, to find out the tax debt collection letters using force and to know the tax debt collection solution so that it can be billed on KPPBC TMC Malang. This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods. Tax debt collection mechanism is done by publishing the STCK-2, STCK-2, STCK-3, up to foreclosure. Active billing using forced mail is done by customs officers based on the data of accounts receivable KPPBC TMC Malang. Tax debt collection have obstacles faced, namely the condition of exice duty officer escaped, customs tax and debt threatened cannot be charged. The given solution is reminded through communication media, communication, and provides education against the insurer tax.
