- The goal of this research is to find and know the criteria of customers who appropriate to the financing BSM Implant, contract procedure of Murabahah Al-Wakalah BSM Implant, and extension process facilities if the financing found a trouble at BSM Implant. In this research apply qualitative data by use descriptive method with documentation and interview as the data collection technique. Then, data analyzed by classify the data corresponding to the goal to get the conclusion. Result of the research show that the customers candidate of financing BSM Implant are permanent employee as well as private employee who already recommended by the company, which not included to black list of Bank Indonesia. So, customers are the people who aware of the law. BSM Implant Financing is consumptive financing, bank give their delegation to the customers follow the margin rules which had specified previously. How to exted facility for troubled costomers by using rescedulling repaymant term and using reconditioning by delaying installment payments
