The Bank has a role to help provide credit to the public, both consumptive and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of KUR Farmers, procedures for Farmer Business Credit (KUR Farmers), obstacles and development strategies of KUR Farmers at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk Tuban Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The type of research data is primary data extracted from the results of interviews and observations. While secondary data is in the form of documentation. The results of this study first, the development of KUR Farmers is fluctuating with an average growth of -1.08%. The second explains the procedures of the KUR Farmers ranging from the submission of credit to the Bank by farmers then processed in the bank to the search and payment. The third, the main obstacle encountered by the bank is that it comes from educating farmers on KUR Farmers. The strategy used by banks in developing KUR Farmers by conducting continuous counseling to farmers in order to understand KUR Farmers.
