- The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of mechanism for the application of personal accident insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Malang Branch Data analysis technique used in this research is using accidental sampling analysis. This research is descriptive qualitative, qualitative descriptive method which describes about mechanism of self claim accident claim at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Malang Branch From the results of the study note that the mechanism of self-accident insurance application in PT Asuransi Jiwasraya is quite simple, if the participant submits Personal accident insurance by completing the complete policy closing form and completed all required documents, self accident insurance claim will be obtained soon
