- Home industry of emping mlinjo in Mejono village as a productivity form which was initiated by the community without present of a state or goverment, the button system which is applied by Sukarni provide economic improvement for the people of Mejono village. The employees of emping mlinjo home industry amounted to 47 person that majority of Mejono's people. The social capital system is applied on emping mlinjo home industry Mejono village above viewed from processing to maintain and to develop the selling product, a collector network, consumer network and employees to be viewed from social capital theory by network concept (network), Trust (trust) and value (value). Thats make researcher want to know and to describe application social capital of emping mlinjo home industry in Mejono vilage. researcher want to disclose the owner strategy of emping mlinjo home industry maintaining and improving the industry by capital social theory with network concept (network), Trust (trust) and value (value). The theory was used in this research use MODAL SOSIAL ROBERT D. PUTNAM theory. the method in this research used a qualitative approach with kind of descriptive. The data was obtained by process of interview and observation to 1 owner of emping mlinjo home industry, 1 a cellector of raw material and 1 production employee of emping mlinjo home industry was selected by pusposive sampling method. the three subject are Sukarni, Sutikno, and Etik. the researcher attempt to know and explain maintaining stategy of emping mlinjo home industry with network, trust and value viewed from maintaining a collector of raw material, employees and consumer. Furthermore to explain improvement strategy of emping mlinjo home industry to national level and international level. Thats must be discovered by the researcher that owner social capital of emping mlinjo home industry to maintain and increase a collector of raw material, employees and consumer.
