This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are customers of Bank Jatim Branch Batu who has siklus and or simpeda. The sample in this study are siklus and simpeda customers. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The results showed that the costumer are more interested to siklus product than simpeda, there was a decrease in the percentage of customer growth in the siklus of 0.61% for January and February of 0.14% for Simpeda for January at 9.04% and February for 5.48% for the year 2018.
