  • The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of transparency information of BTN Emas iB savings, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing Peraturan Bank Indonesia No.7/6/PBI/2005 concerning informastion of bank product and the use of personal data of customers by PT BTN Syariah Malang Branch Office. The method used in descriptive qualitative method. In giving saving product characteritic information, BTN Emas iB holds on the principle of transparency and the effort to avoid the information gaps regarding the bank product information. From the results of the evaluation of the implementation of product information transparency, supporting factors and inhibiting factors, the information of the risks of the product has not been explained transparently. The conclusion of the study is that the delivery of information transparency in BTN Syariah Malang Branch Office has not been fully in accordance with PBI No. 7/6PBI/2005, information that has not been explained transparently is the risk of the product and the existance of supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of product information transparency
