- Owning a residential house is a dream for everyone, it has even become a staple that must be fulfilled. This makes the banking world open facilities for customers to be able to realize their dreams of owning a residential house. In the banking world, it is certainly no stranger to mortgages or housing loans. The bank provides these facilities to facilitate its customers in realizing their desire to have a home with a credit system. This is very helpful and very beneficial for the customer. In implementing KPR financing there are three processes that must be passed before finally obtaining the desired occupancy. Namely, the registration process by bringing the documents that have been determined, disbursement after the required documents have been fulfilled and fulfilling the requirements, and the last is repayment, the customer repays the financing provided by the bank by installments every month. The development of bank muamalat KPR financing that is in bank muamalat especially at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Pasuruan Branch Office for 3 years starting from 2012, 2013, until 2014. In 2012 the nominal amount generated was Rp. 12,792,300,000.00 in 2013 increased to Rp. 28,306,594,000.00 and in 2014 experienced a decline of Rp. 17,965,832,190.00.
