  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of customer satisfaction and customer trust on repurchase intentions. The population in this research is Cokelat Klasik Cafe Malang customer and the sample in this study are 120 customers who are 18-32 years old and have consumed at least 2 times. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the intention of repurchasing customers. And customer confidence has a significant positive effect on customers' repurchase intentions
