- This study aims to find out which supplier is the main supplier at UD. Sumber Tani by comparing in pairs between existing criteria and subcriteria using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy proccess) method. The criteria used in selecting suppliers in the company are the criteria of price, quality, and shipping which are then translated into six sub-criteria, namely discounts, price levels, flawless goods, size, timely delivery, and shipping agreements. Data collection techniques use interview techniques to respondents who are directly involved in the supplier selection process. After analyzing using the AHP method, the results obtained that PT. Dakai Impex is a supplier with the highest weight in the company, which is 0.211. This indicates that PT. Dakai Impex is the best supplier in terms of price, quality and shipping compared to other suppliers and makes PT. Dakai Impex is the main supplier to the company.
