- The research purpose is finding out about “Lending procedure using Pension Decree in Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Office Branch of Malang”. The research purpose is finding out about lending procedure using Pension Decree as Collateral in Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Branch of Malang. Data collection technique used is interview, which is data collection by direct interview or asking the employees. Research result found that credit process using pension decree didn’t follow 5C analysis method, they are characters, ability, capital, collateral, economy condition, while when debtor passed away before credit payment ended, BTPN cooperated with insurance company will pay all debt from debtor which their requirements will be fulfilled by their heirs.
