- This study aims to determine the effect of working capital efficiency and leverage on profitability in telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Every company aims to find profitability. To achieve the expected profit management should be able to take the right policy in regulating working capital efficiently and take the right policy in investing the existing sources of funds so that will be obtained sufficient leverage and ultimately will obtain expected profitability. This study takes data in time series in the form of financial statements of the period 2008 to 2017. Techniques of data collection is through documentation. Source of data obtained from Indonesia stock exchange website (internet data exchange / IDX). Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using T test and F test. Based on the results of the research note that there is a significant effect between the efficiency of working capital and profitability, while leverage and profitability have no significant effect on profitability.
