- Planning and construction of roads is one of the factors for the establishment of sustainable areas including the type of infrastructure development that serves as one of the needs of the community which includes the process of opening a traffic room to connect one area to another. One of the areas that need to be upgraded is the eastern lamdesar island of larat because of its hard to reach location and its development which is very less cause this east lamdesar should be more attention especially in the field of transportation for economic progress of society. Arterial road is often passed by a vehicle that is not enough but this road has a road structure that is still far from the word worthy. From result of analysis and planning of pavement thickness in east lamdesar east road obtained by construction result of surface layer thickness of 5 cm and upper layer of 20 cm. the surface layer using HRA (hot rolled asphalt) as the material and the upper base layer using broken split stone class C. Budget plan for the planning of pavement thickness on the east lamdesar road segment is Rp 8,964,000,000.
