- The purpose of this study describes the performance, work motivation, and K3 and analyze the influence of work motivation and K3 either partially or simultaneously to the performance of public relations employees PR. Putra Maju Jaya. Respondents studied were employees of SKT milled. The population in this study is the total employees of SKT Milling which amounted to 65 people, the sample in this study using total sampling. The analyzer uses multiple scales and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The result of scale range analysis shows that employee performance is high, employee work motivation is high, and K3 employee is good. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the motivation of work and K3 have significant influence partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
