- The BANK Building of BCA-KCU BorobudurMalang is a 7 storey building and one of the important infrastructure for the people of Malang. In the implementation of this building was built using a reinforced concrete structure, and the bottom structure of the building is a pile foundation that serves to continue the burden of the foundation to the soil layer. The planning of pile foundation must pay attention to soil characteristics and also load on structure of building. The method that used in this final project to calculate the end bearing capacity is N-SPT Meyerhoff method. The calculation of settlement using the method of settlement on the sandy soil. The calculation of pile and pilecap reinforcement using SNI 2847: 2013. Based on the planning, the foundation diameter is 0.40 m with a depth of 25m. The thickness of pilecap that used was 0.6 mm - 0.9 m and using 16 mm diameter at 100 mm and 19 mm at 100 mm reinforcement. And pile foundation using main reinforcement of 10 mm diameter by 8 rods with a diameter of 10 mm diameter spikes per 150 mm length of pile.
