  • The purpose of this study is to describe the performance, leadership style, and work motivation in UD. Azizah Florist and examine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees with total sampling technique. Analyzer to know the level of performance, leadership style and work motivation is scale scale analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on performance. The results showed that performance in the low category, high category leadership style and work motivation enough category. The result of the research shows that leadership style has negative effect on performance, work motivation has positive effect on performance, and leadership style and work motivation have positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.
