- Special Capital Region of Jakarta is the capital city of the country and largest city in Indonesia. Jakarta has an area of 662.33 km2 and a population of 10.177.924 people which impact on the need of high private transportation and resulting density in every road in Jakarta. In this case carried out various actions to break down and overcome the congestion that occurs at certain points by building an infrastructure in the form of underpasses on the segment road of Mampang Prapatan – HR. Rasuna Said located in South Jakarta Area. This rigid pavement planning begins with the collection of secondary data in the form of land data, the average daily traffic volume data, road technical data and standardization of unit prices which refers to the provisions of Jakarta Public Works Department. Based on the result of analysis and calculation of rigid pavement thickness using the method of Bina Marga 2003, it is obtained pavement thickness of 250 mm and at cost of Rp 10.975.583.024 (Ten Billion Nine Hundred Seventy Five Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand and Twenty Four Rupiah).
