- The purpose of the study describes working motivation, workplace environment, and employee performance UD Vella Antique, analyze the influence of working motivation on employee performance, know which variables are more strongly affect the employee performance. Sampling using total sampling technique. The analytical use a scale range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that working motivation was in the low category, bad category workplace environment and low category employee performance. Results of simple linear regression analysis there significant influence of working motivation and workplace environment on employee performance. Working motivation variables stronger influence on employee performance. Advice for the company to further improve work motivation in the form of physiologis needs and to improve the work environment by providing adequate work equipment facilities and making conditions of workplace so not hot.
