- This study aims to describe describe work stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention; examine the effect of work stress on turnover intention; examine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention; examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously on turnover intention; tested the dominant influence between job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention; tested the dominant effect between job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire. Total sample 34 people taken by proportional random sampling. Furthermore, the data were analysed by using a range of scales scale and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed work stress high category, job satisfaction enough category, and turnover intention high category; work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; work stress and job satisfaction have significant effect simultaneously to turnover intention; work stress variable is the most influential variable to turnover intention.
