  • This study aims to determine and evaluate the application of balanced scorecard method as a performance measurement tool for Hasanah Islamic Hospital of Muhammadiyah Mojokerto, in terms of 4 perspectives. The type of study used is descriptive quantitative with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, Hasanah Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto, ROI indicators, customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, BTO, GDR and employee training showed healthy results, efficiency ratios, NPM, employee retention, and employee productivity, showed fairly healthy results, and effectiveness ratios showed unhealthy results, customer retention, ALOS, BOR, TOI shows unhealthy results.. Overall, by assessing Hasanah Islamic Hospital Mojokerto with balanced scorecard method, it can be concluded that the hospital is quite healthy.
