- Agave sisalana Perrine is one of the plants be used also the fibers.Agave fibers within the country needs a period of 2006-2009 reached 1,982 tons/year, a total of 1,340 tons supplied from abroad, the rest was 642 tonnes obtained from within the country, while the plant agave seeds needs quite a lot, i.e. achieve up to 4,000 6,000 seeds per acre.Some types of agave that are experiencing the process of flowering only once in a lifetime while in Agave sisalana Perrine Agave types cannot produce seeds. One alternative to resolve the issue: with a duplication plant in culture in vitro via induction callus, who could potentially become seeds.This research used a combination of ZPT Thidiazuron (TDZ) and 2.4-D can be expected to grow good quality callus and a relatively faster.This study used a Randomized factorial Design Group with the first factor concentrations of TDZ and second factors i.e. concentrations of 2.4-D, repeated 3 times, each treatment consists of 4 samples of culture.The data will be analyzed with F BNJ-test (test of real Honest Difference) the 5% level.The F-test is used to see the influence of all free variables together, whereas test BNJ used to compare results from all the treatment.On the basis of the research results obtained as a result of the combination treatment with thidiazuron composition composition of 2.4-D shows that there is a real interaction on the variable time berkalus.The composition of the media with a concentration of 0.2 ppm and Thidiazuron 0.4 ppm with 2.4-D 0.5 ppm – 1.0 ppm can induce callus, (10,42-10.75) HSI.The networks that experience progression into anatomical observations according to callus is a network carrier.
