  • The aim of the study is to reveal the influence of Islamic work motivation and Islamic work culture on employee work productivity at bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Lawang. This study uses quantitative design with Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Lawang as the object. The data were taken from primary data by distributing questionnaire to 19 employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch office Lawang. The data was collected through literature study by reviewing books, journals, papers and other related sources. Furthermore, the questionnaire data were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study showed that independent variables (Islamic work motivation, Islamic work culture) had significant effect on employee work productivity. However, partially Islamic work culture variables do not significantly influence employee work productivity. On the other hand, Islamic work motivation variables affect employee work productivity significantly. The result of the multiple linear regression model shows that the variables have a significant influence on employee work productivity at Bank Syariah mandiri branch office Lawang.
