STUDI PENGGUNAAN OBAT GOLONGAN CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP (Penelitian Dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo)

- Background of Study: Stroke is a disease which occurs in brain due to blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain. The case of ischemic stroke is 85% of all strokes. Reducing blood pressure has been proved to decrease the risk of stroke relative. One of the antihypertensive’s medicine is CCB. Purpose of Study: The purpose of this study is to did out the types, supply form, dose, and the administration steps of medicine CCB which is given to ischemic stroke patients. Method : This study was observational by using retrospective method to ischemic stroke patients from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 at Dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Result and Conclusion : 9 RMK treated with CCB from 96 RMK with Ischemic Stroke . 10 patients (77%) was used single of CCB, combination 2 as many as 2 patients (15%), and combination 3 as many as 1 patient (8%), the most of single was used Amlodipine (1x5mg) PO with 7 patients (70%), the most of combination was used Amlopodine (1x5/10mg) PO and Furosemid (2x20 mg) IV with 3 patients, the most use by switching was Amlodipine (1x5 mg) PO and furosemide (2x20 mg) IV switched to Amlodpine (1x5/10 mg) PO as 2 patients.
