- The contribution of horticulture to GDP is 1.44% (pusdatin, 2017). Horticulture is divided into four major commodity groups, namely vegetables, biopharmaca, ornamental plants and fruits. Types of ornamental plants or floriculture have a great opportunity in the business world Enterprises in the field of agricultural agribusiness can not be separated from the risks due to certain factors, one of which is the production of chrysanthemum flowers, the amount of chrysanthemum flower production may not guarantee the stability of chrysanthemum flowers. This significant productivity fluctuation indicates the existence of production risks experienced by farmers. This will have an impact on the income of farmers who are not stabilized, and can lead to decreased income if not addressed immediately. It takes information to know what factors affect the risk of chrysanthemum production in Batu. Researchers are interested to conduct research on input factors that affect productivity and production risk on chrysanthemum cut flowers in Sidomulyo Village Batu City. Data collection was done through interviewing farmers using census method. The method used for data analysis is Just and Pope production function using multiple linear regression with Cobb - Douglas production function model using Eviews 9 and Exel 2010 analysis tool. The results showed that inputs exposed to production risk were chemical fertilizers. The average income of Sidomulyo chrysanthemum farmers is 18,974,523.90 every 1000m2 in one planting.
