- The development of agricultural sector in Indonesia has an important role in economic progress, one of them is the agricultural sector of horticulture fruit, especially apples. Apples are fruits that only grow in highland areas so that the production of apples are not much. KusumaAgrowisata Group is a company located in the highland of Batu city which develops apple commodity business on a commercial scale by implementing supply chain management which is a network of companies and other partners in terms of planning, procurement, processing, distribution.This research aims to analyze the supply chain management and supply chain of apple supply at KusumaAgrowisata Group.The data analysis method used descriptive by using the FSCN (Food Supply Chain Network) framework. The results of the research show that the target chain in the domestic market, the development target includes expansion of partnerships, network structure including partner farmers as apple cultivators, KusumaAgrowisata Group as management and distributors, sub agents as distributors.The selection of partners is matched with the characteristics of the entire chain, the cooperation agreement is carried out verbally and written, the transaction system through online and the system is broken, there is no return item to the company.The flow of goods in the form of fresh fruit and processed products are distributed from farmers to the company and to sub-agents. Information flow occurs from consumers, sub-agents, companies and farmer partners.Its financial flow is related to the payment system that is carried out on credit with a specified time period and cash payments.
