  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial influence of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention, analyze the influence of partially organizational commitment on employee turnover intention and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously to the turnover intention of production employee CV Sumber Logam. The sample used is the production employee which amounts to 60 people with total sampling technique. Analyzer used to know the influence of job satisfaction and influence of organizational commitment to turnover intention is t-test analysis. F test analysis is used to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously to turnover intention. The result of the research shows that job satisfaction partially have negative and significant effect to turnover intention, organizational commitment partially have negative and significant effect to intention turnover and job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
