  • This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions on customer loyalty in HC Putra Batu City, Knowing the influence of the atmosphere on customer loyalty in HC Putra Batu City and Know which variable is the most dominant of customer loyalty HC Putra Batu City. The type of research used is survey research while data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used technique of Proposional Random Sampling, with the number of 100 respondents. Analyzer used is Range sakal and Multiple Linear Regresi. The results of the research is known to Consumer Perception on HC Putra Batu based on the results of the scale range shows good. Store Atmosphere HC Putra Batu based on result of scale range is good. Customer Loyalty HC Putra Batu based on result of loyal scale scale. Based on the results of statistical tests and empirical conditions it is known that Perceptions significantly affect customer loyalty HC Putra Batu. This means Customer Loyalty is determined by Consumer Perceptions. Based on the results of statistical tests and empirical conditions note that Store Atmosphere significantly affect the Customer Loyalty HC Putra Batu. This means customer loyalty is determined store Atmosphere. Among the variables Perception and Store Atmosphere, the dominant variable is store atmosphere. This means that the store atmosphere is closely related to customer loyalty
