  • Transportation facilities play an important role in the welfare of society, thus causing the growth rate of vehicles is increasing. But this is also accompanied by the emergence of some negatife impact that is not in want, such as congestion and increasing the number of traffic accidents, many people choose menggukan motorcycle because it can break through the congestion. This thesis discusses the analysis of motorcycle accident risk factors to traffic. Based on the results of the analysis hopefully can provide an understanding for the community by raising awareness of the use of safety equipment. The main cause of accidents caused by vehicles (56.2%), followed by environment (46.8%) and last human error (42.9%) .The cause of accidents caused by road geometric 46.8%. Based on BKA and UCL method, one road in Jl Brawijaya - Jl.Soekarno-Hatta - Jl.Gatot Subroto KM 74 + 250 Jombang classified as black site was identified, with EAN value 153 bigger than its control limit value (BKA = 147 and UCL = 137). Based on the radius of the curvature curve, identified bend 1 and bend 3 are not eligible, while bend 2 is qualified
