- The purpose of this research is to described of employee performance , financial compensation , non financial and of employee performance , to analyze the influence of financial compensation and non financial towards the performance of the employees , variable compensation and to know the most influential of the performance of employees , the methodology that was used for data collection is to use of the questionnaire was , a technique used in data analysis analytics range the scale and linear regression and the worship of idols . It can be said that the results of the study of employee performance included in the category of enough , included in the category of enough financial compensation , non financial compensation included in the category of high and of employee performance included in the category of enough .Financial compensation and non financial significant impact on employee performance , as for variable non financial compensation is the most significant impact on employee performance at the Hotel Gajah Mada .
