- In a concept of sustainable development that meets the needs of the present and of course as well as future provisions, in terms of development that also consider future generations to meet their needs. Development is done so that human life will gradually get better in the future, with the economic situation is well established and prosperous society. With the development of industry, then many jobs are needed. Providing opportunities for communities to find a job, and provide opportunities for people who want to switch professions to industrial areas for a better life. The result of this research on development of industrial area at Desa Golokan Kecamatan Sidayu Kabupaten Gresik, industrial area was built in remote villages because there is no room for new industries in urban areas. The development of industrial area at Desa Golokan Kecamatan Sidayu Kabupaten Gresik, gives a positive impact, which is providing many jobs, because the communities have the opportunities to work as an employee in the industrial area. In addition, the surrounding communities also get the opportunities to open business around the industrial area such as food stalls, grocery stores, workshops, and more.
