- The type of research used in the preparation of this thesis is descriptive research with qualitative method. Located in Plosorejo Village, Kademangan Subdistrict, Blitar Regency with the people of Plosorejo Village and the supporting subjects of Kampung Coklat and Village Plosorejo. In addition, the community is more consumptive, the gap between citizens and the occurrence of social inequality. This study aims to determine the shape of social changes and to determine the impact of socio-economic changes on social welfare community Plosorejo Village, District Kademangan, Blitar regency. The form of change caused by the people of Plosorejo Village with Kampung Coklat tourism can be classified into social, economic and educational impacts. Social impact that is with the Village Chocolate community welfare levels are increasing and increase mutual cooperation between residents. On the economic aspect, there are many impacts that are felt by the people, namely job creation, decreasing unemployment rate and increasing people's income. In addition, in the field of education, the community is increasingly aware of the importance of education, the increasing skills of the community and the increasing knowledge of the community. He impact of socio-economic changes on the social welfare of the people of Plosorejo Village is the community of Plosorejo Village in partnership with Kampung Coklat, the people are given employment as employees, parking attendants and food vendors. Kampung coklat also cooperates with SMEs located in Plosorejo Village by selling food products, farmers residing in Plosorejo Village are given training and seminars on how to grow, planting until the harvesting process.
