- This study raised a Critical Discourse Analysis of Teun a. Van Dijk Preaching a policy of reclaiming the Year 2015 by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama on kompas.com and republika.co.id as an object of research, in order to describe the structure of discourse, representation , and social analysis. The selection of online news portal kompas.com and republika.co.id as research material because both the news portal capabilities and relevance in delivering a discourse of the preaching of DKI Jakarta reclamation to the community in Indonesia as well as having a major influence on readers. The method of this research is a case study analysis using qualitative approach. The data source in this research is the preaching of the Bay reclamation policy in DKI Jakarta by Basuki Tjahaja full moon in the year 2015 contained on online news papers kompas.com and republika.co.id. The data found processed through some procedures, in order observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study is a read overall discourse news, identify, assign, classifying data, describe and interpretation the data, presenting data, and checking supervisor lecture. From some of the process then found the results of the data analysis of text on an online news kompas.com and republika.co.id Based on the research, the conclusion in critical discourse analysis Teun A. Van Dijk in the preaching of the reclamation policy year 2015 by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama on online paper news kompas.com and republika.co.id found that there is a structure a discourse that includes (1) the idea of the subject matter, (2) the idea of the core schema, (3) news schema, (4) news theme, (5) context/offender social function gives an overview to readers of news scheme in a broader perspective. Furthermore, in the area of social representations include (1) a formal expression (2) disfemisme expression (3) figure of speech (4) explanatory form. Whereas, in the area of social analysis include (1) the perspective of the history (2) social/economic structures (3) orientation for action
