STUDI PENGGUNAAN ACE INHIBITOR PADA PASIEN INFARK MIOKARD AKUT (Penelitian Dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Islam Aisyiyah Malang)

- Background: Acute myocardial infarktion is a rapid development of myocardial necrosis which is caused by the imbalance of oxygen supplies and needs. ACE inhibitor is used as first line therapy to reduce heart remodelling and as vasodilator to acute myocardial infarction patient. Objective: To determine the usage of ACE inhibitor drug to acute myocardial infarction patient in inpatient care installation of Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital Malang on January 2017 to June 2017 include the dosage, frequency, form, and route related to laboratorium data and clinic data. Method: Descriptive observational and retrospective studies based on medical records from the patients with acute myocardial infarction since July 2016 - July 2017 period. Result and Conclusion:The use of single ACE Inhibitoris amounted on 15 patients (58%) and combination ACE Inhibitor is amounted on 11 patients (42%). The most frequently used single ACE inhibitor is captopril (3x12.5mg)PO on 9 patients (53%). The most frequently used combination is captopril (3x12.5mg)PO + Bisoprolol (1x2.5mg) on 2 patients (15%). The most frequently used ACE Inhibitor switch on 13 patients (28%) is kaptopril (3x6.25mg)PO to captropil (3x12.5mg)PO on 2 patients.
