- Electricity consumption in daily life must not be separated from the consumer load changes. These changes cause a frequency difference between the generator and the load. Frequency fluctuations can adversely affect the electronic equipment that is flows current if it is not well anticipated. Therefore, a control system that can maintain the generator rotation stability which has implications for frequency is required. In this study, Sliding Mode Controller (SMC) will be used with the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) sliding surface on Electro Hydraulic Servo (EHS), then applied to the guide vanes system. Angular position will be controlled so that the angle changes value is more accurate when the load changes. This control results in a fairly good angle accuracy so that the frequency value reaches the stability.
