Method: Design research in this study use of descriptive analysis cross sectional with the approach purposive sampling technique.The study is done on 24 May 06 june 2018 n=(60). Respondents the research is patients in poly physiotherapy rst Tk.II dr. Soepraoen Malang from an undiagnosed osteoarthritis knee disease.Data analysis done by test chi-square using spss application. Results: The results of the chi-square using application spss with the significance P = 0,00 < 0,05 then H1 accepted. So get results evidence that there is a muscle power quadriceps with a pain in patients osteoarthritis knee rst patients in Tk.II dr. soepraoen unfortunate. Conclusion: There an effect or relation of light the knee osteoarthritis pain level 3 (NRS) Where an average of patients 23 - 25 people (38,33% - 41,66%) Muscular strength quadriceps him (1 RM) Capable of lifting weights 1,47 kg in patients osteoarthritis rst Tk.II dr.
