The process of moving goods to a relatively narrow place is still directly raised with humans, so that it will only slow down the production process and can cause accident-prone. So from the existing constraints, it is planned that a simpler and simpler tool with a capacity that is not too large with the name of a portable crane. 
Crane is a tool commonly used to move super heavy items in a construction work. In general, cranes are categorized as machines that are used to lift weights, move horizontally and lower them to the intended destination with a limited range. This tool is manually operated and is very easy to use, this tool can also be disassembled. 
In doing this design, the basis we use is a lifting capacity of 500 kg. Then determine the selection of several machine elements such as hooks, hydraulics, wheels. From these problems, we obtain specifications that are in accordance with the design requirements and criteria to be used. With the above method, we obtain the following dimensions.
