- Industrialization is an effort to increase the productivity of human labor which is accompanied by an effort to create the scope of business activity. However, in Tulungagung regency, small industry gives a contribution to the absorption of labor, while there are two factors influence of that thing are minimum wage and number of business unit. Furthermore, the aims of this study are to find out the development and influence of minimum wage and the number of business unit toward the absorption of labor at small industry sector in Tulungagung regency. The tool used in this study is multiple linier regressionby time series data for twenty years from 1997 to 2016. In a nutshell, the result of this study indicates that minimum wage and the number of business unit is very influence to absorption of labor at small industrial sector in Tuluangagung regency. In addition, minimum wage and number of business unit gives a positive effect and significant toward the absorption of labor at small industry sector in Tulungagung regency.
