- Monopoli Merbabu is one of the Cafés and Restaurants in Malang City in 2010-2015. Café, which carries the Gardens concept, is called Monopoly because it wants to combine the concepts of eating and hanging out. Starting the first year well until the end of 2015 Merbabu Monopoly or FNA Group was hit by a large financial crisis that required it to close several outlets owned by FNA itself. But at the beginning of 2016 management decided to close the total Monopoly brand and open a new brand, Warung Rindu Bancakan. This is where researchers see that the transition made by management is very rapid and attracts the attention of the people of Malang City. This is the background of researchers to research about marketing communication strategies in overcoming company crises. The aim of the researchers is to find out the marketing communications strategy that FNA management has done in overcoming the company's crisis. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. There are 3 research subjects that the researchers took as well as several informants who could support the research data. The instrument that researchers use is interviews and documentation. While the technical analysis of data using the Miles and Huberman Models (data collection, reducing the data obtained, data presentation and drawing conclusions). The validity of the data used by researchers is to use triangulation methods and sources. Associated with the findings of the researchers is the crisis management Ex-Monopoli Merbabu became Warung Rindu Malang namely by taking several steps such as identifying the crisis, determining decisions regarding the continuation of the brand, and the last rebranding the Monopoly to become Warung Rindu Merbabu by containing the value of the impression of the visitors. The next step is to determine the right targets such as family and socialite mothers. In addition, here the researcher also found that Ex-Monopoly management (FNA Group) used the services of Anagata Consultant in helping planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and marketing programs of Warung Rindu.
